Guys just go to Sunset Sky, then keep going until you see a portal, go in that portal.

Then there will be Fire Hydrants there, go there and you can attack the Fire Hydrants.

You have to go to the sunset sky next portal to the very right then u go to the end of that side to the next protal ( not go in the portal) u see a hydrant right? then u hit it and the item will come out
